2. Summary

• We set no cookies and use no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
• We use no analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting and no social media plugins.
• The site loads nothing from third-party servers: fonts, images and scripts are all served from teneris.online.
• We have no contact form, newsletter or user accounts.
• The only personal data we process is the short-lived technical log kept by our web server (section 3) and emails you choose to send us (section 4).

3. Server log files

Like every web server, ours records each request it receives. A log entry contains: your IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the HTTP status code and data volume, the referring page (if your browser sends it), and your browser’s user-agent string.

• Purpose: delivering the site, keeping it secure, and diagnosing faults and attacks.
• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating a secure website).
• Retention: logs are rotated daily and deleted automatically after 14 days, unless a specific entry is needed to investigate a security incident.
• Recipients: the logs stay on the server that hosts the site. The hosting provider acts as our processor. We do not use logs to build profiles or combine them with other data.

4. Email

If you email us, we process your email address, the content of your message and any details you include, in order to answer you. Emails are received through our email service provider, which acts as our processor.

• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries), or Article 6(1)(b) where your message concerns a contract with us.
• Retention: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards for up to three years in case of follow-up questions or legal claims, the general limitation period under Czech law. Then it is deleted.

5. Partner links

When you click a partner link, your browser first opens our page teneris.online/c/1/, which immediately forwards you to our affiliate partner and from there to the game’s download page. If the address you used to reach our site contained campaign parameters (such as utm_source, campaignid, gclid or ml_sub1–ml_sub5, typically added by an ad you clicked), a small script copies them onto the partner link. We do not store them. This lets the partner attribute your visit to the right campaign.

Our pages use the referrer policy “strict-origin-when-cross-origin”, so other sites see at most that you came from https://teneris.online/, not which page. Once you reach the partner’s or the store’s website, their privacy policy and cookie practices apply. They act as independent controllers, and we receive no personal data from them, only aggregate commission statements.

6. External links

Links to sources (such as Plarium or Wikipedia) are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those sites unless you click.

7. International transfers

We do not ourselves send personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area. If a service provider acting as our processor (for example for hosting or email) processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by Chapter V GDPR.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data (Article 15), to have it corrected (Article 16) or erased (Article 17), to restrict processing (Article 18), to data portability (Article 20), and to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21). To exercise these rights, contact us as in section 1. Because server logs are deleted after 14 days and are not linked to names, we may be able to identify your log entries only if you give us your IP address and the time of your visit.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz. You may also contact the authority in your own EU country.

9. No automated decisions, no obligation

We make no automated decisions or profiles about you. You are not required to provide any personal data to use this site.

10. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly process their personal data beyond the technical logs described above.

11. Changes

If our processing changes, for example if we ever add a feature that stores data, we will update this policy and its date before the change takes effect.
